London Chapter of the Luiss Alumni Association: a year in review

Active since 2013, the ALL London Chapter has never ceased to be a point of reference for Luiss Alumni, helping to foster new and existing relationships among the Alma Mater. The number of Luiss graduates currently residing in the City and in the United Kingdom is over 600, a number that is increasingly growing.

Unfortunately, this year, that is ending, has been one of the most difficult for the London Chapter. At the end of the long and challenging transition period for the formalization of Brexit, the tightening of the containment measures of the Covid-19 pandemic hindered the planning of in-person activities, making it impossible to create meetings for its members. Nevertheless, in 2021, the Chapter continued to work to support Luiss graduates based in London and students traveling on exchange programs or engaged in professional internships, upholding the Alumni’s presence in the UK and reinforcing the image of Luiss abroad.

2022 promises to be full of challenges and new opportunities. To the new Chapter Leader of the London Alumni who will take my place, I wish the start of the coming year in a renewed situation of normality and to resume activities as soon as possible. Our Alumni deserve it!
