A 1993 graduate in Economics and Commerce, Battista has been active in the insurance management scene for nearly 25 years.  Recently, he has also branched out as an entrepreneur, writer and business angel.  Since June 2019, he has acted as President of the Luiss Alumni Association.  He works, writes and has fun dividing his time between Rome, Milan and Verona.  The author of various books, his latest publication is entitled: Oltre la crisi – dieci pezzi facili su lavoro, impresa e mercati per ripensare il futuro (Beyond the Crisis – 10 Easy Reads on Labor, Business and Markets to Reimagine the Future).
