Alumni Leadership Experience for the new autumn edition in Rome, November 16, and Milan, November 23.

Alumni Leadership Experience aims to assess and promote the conscious development of strategic and leadership skills as a model and transversal skill through direct and personalized interaction with the project Faculty, composed of professionals, professors, and Luiss Alumni with recognized expertise in HR within Italian and international companies, institutions, and consulting firms.

A day of training, networking, and exchange, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, dedicated to a select group of high-potential young Luiss graduates. The program is part of a range of initiatives aimed at fostering moments of exchange and professional development among Luiss Alumni and promoting continuous learning activities tailored to them.

In the days following the event, participants – on a voluntary basis – will have the opportunity to receive individual feedback online from the Faculty, a valuable opportunity for reflection and deepening of the insights gained during the day, designed to raise awareness of their strengths and weaknesses.
