It’s an opportunity to enjoy excellent pizza in Paris and talk with two brilliant entrepreneurs who are contributing to the success of Italian gastronomy in France.

We’ll discuss personal journeys, challenges, mistakes, bold ideas, and entrepreneurial achievements within the Paris food scene. An authentic account of what it means to build a business as Italians in the French capital—navigating culture, market dynamics, and the local ecosystem.
